Koia is the spirit of a fae who lived deep in the woods of Ireland. She would spend her days with the frogs and deer and all the wildlife. She didn't talk to other fairies much, and stuck to herself. One day a small human boy was walking along the path through the woods. The boy saw her before she could duck behind a tree. “I won't hurt you, its ok come out” the boy said. Koia thought for a moment then stepped out. The Boy introduced himself and they became friends. And that was how koia came into the human world. She outlived the boy but then one day she too died of old age. Now she is in purchases this vessel and likes to bring luck to those who need it. She likes offerings of anything shiny and she is very active.
